The Philippine Embassy in Singapore has recently posted an announcement that it will be offering free shuttle service rides between the Philippine Embassy and Tang Plaza Orchard Road starting September 17 -21, as part of its consular services offered to our kababayan in Singapore.
The additional service will be offered on a trial basis for the next few months, according to the consular announcement.
Embassy Offers Free Shuttle Service to and from Consular Office
The shuttle service will run the route from Tang Plaza Orchard (310 Orchard Road S 238864) to the Philippine Embassy Office (20 Nassim Road S 258395). Here is the announced schedule for the trial shuttle services:

With the new shuttle service in place, Filipinos can better access our Consular headquarters in Singapore and avail of its services offered which include: Passport Renewal; NBI Fingerprinting; Registration of Newborn Birth; First-time application for OEC; Submission for authentication; consularization; visa; registration of marriage; submission for employment contract verification; OWWA membership; PAG-IBIG transaction; collection of new passports; consularized documents, scheduled visa release; and overseas voter registration, among others.
As the 2019 elections are nearing, the Philippine Embassy in Singapore has also recently put up an advisory reminding our kababayan in Singapore to take advantage of the overseas registration services offered by the consular office of the embassy. With the new shuttle service offered, Filipinos have one less reason not to register for the upcoming elections.
Furthermore, with the on-going efforts to make the Embassy’s Consular, Labour, and Overseas Registration services more accessible to Filipinos, the Philippine Embassy in Singapore will be open on the following dates:
30 SEPT 2018 (SUNDAY), 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
29 SEPT 2018 (SATURDAY), 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (for Overseas Voter Registration only)
