For starters, both Telok Ayer Street and Amoy Street will be shut off from vehicular access starting Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Because of this set-up, people may take in the “lunchtime buzz” or go for a relaxed stroll down the street without any cars in sight, shared the URA.

Activities include a stage performance of finalists from the Parks Live Out Loud: Battle of the Band event; a concert at Empress Lawn; an arts and gardening fair, outdoor art installations and interactive booths; as well as “sketching tours” at the Esplanade Park and Connaught Drive for those who are into drawing and sketching.

For those who are into fitness or active sessions, evening workouts will be hosted by Sport Singapore‘s Active SG group. Meanwhile, adrenaline junkies may head over to the Asian Civilizations Museum’s After Dark Halloween Event from 7 pm to 11 pm for a delightful night fright.

Visitors who intend to hang around the Telok Conservation Area can look forward to the entertaining performances held in the area. There will also be a flea market, free trishaw rides, movie screenings and street games for guests of all ages to take part of. Alternatively, visitors can try their hand at UV painting on a large canvas in the evening whereas foodies can join the free walking food tours as they get to know more about the Telok Ayer area, according to the URA.
