Registration began on December 1, 2025, and will remain open until September 30, 2027.

Who Can Apply for Overseas Voter Registration?
- Filipinos living or working in Singapore may register if they are qualified Filipino citizens who will be at least 18 years old on May 8, 2028.
- They must also meet the legal qualifications for overseas voting.
- Registration is available to first-time applicants and Filipinos who previously registered in the Philippines but expect to be overseas during the voting period.
- Existing overseas voters who need to reactivate their registration or update their personal details may also apply.

Is Online Voter Registration Available in Singapore?
Applicants can accomplish their forms through COMELEC’s iRehistro portal .
They can enter their personal information and generate a printable application form before their Embassy visit.
However, preparing an application through iRehistro is not the same as completing overseas voter registration.
Applicants still need to appear personally for the required verification and biometrics process.
What About Filipinos With Inactive Voter Records?
The Embassy also accepts applications for reactivation and correction of existing voter records.
Filipinos who missed two consecutive elections and whose registrations were deactivated may need to apply for reactivation rather than submit a new registration.
Those who previously registered elsewhere should ask the Embassy about updating or transferring their records.
