Where there are Filipinos, there you’ll also find Jollibee. Well… most likely. But that has been the case here in sunny Singapore, which makes total sense because of its proximity to the Philippines and because Singapore has a huge number of OFWs, as well.
Since Jollibee’s entry in the Singaporean market in early 2013, the brand has already seen tremendous growth as it has already established five outlets in key locations in Singapore in just a span of four years. Because of Jollibee’s strong market influence and commitment to quality, the Philippine fast-food giant has earned strong patronage not only from the Filipinos based in Singapore, but from the locals as well. In fact, according to Mr. Dennis Flores, Jollibee President and Head of International Business (Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia), half of the regular customers that come in are no longer Filipinos, but Singaporeans.
